Administrator
Ali brings nearly two decades of long-term care experience to her role as Administrator at Park View, including 11 years of leadership as a licensed Administrator. Her professional journey began at just 16 years old, when she entered the field with a passion for serving older adults. This passion ultimately led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in Gerontology from the University of Northern Iowa.
Having previously served in multiple roles at Park View—including Assisted Living Manager, HR, and Provisional Administrator—Ali returned to lead the community with a deep understanding of its people and purpose. She is driven by a clear mission: to be a strong advocate for both residents and staff. Her leadership style is rooted in empathy,
communication, and continuous learning—values she’s already putting into action just days into her new role. With her recent return to Park View and the opportunity to grow, Ali is enthusiastic about shaping a future where high-quality care and team support go hand in hand.
Director of Nursing
With over two decades of experience in long-term care, Jamie brings both professional dedication and personal passion to her role as Director of Nursing at Park View Rehabilitation Center. Her journey in healthcare began 22 years ago as a laundry assistant, but it was the meaningful relationships she built with residents that inspired her to pursue nursing. Along the way, she gained experience in multiple areas of resident care and eventually earned her RN, shaped and supported by the very people she set out to care for.
Initially planning to become a teacher, Jamie believes she’s found the best of both worlds: leading by example, educating her team, and advocating for a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents. She chose Park View because of the welcoming environment she witnessed firsthand during hospice visits—where staff consistently showed up with compassion, teamwork, and deep respect for every individual. Today, she leads with that same mindset, prioritizing connection, support, and making both residents and staff feel genuinely valued.
Assisted Living Manager
Tiffany T. is an Assisted Living Manager with a strong foundation in both caregiving and psychology. Beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she gained hands-on experience supporting residents with complex needs, which continues to inform her practical, compassionate leadership style.
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Tiffany brings a deep understanding of human behavior and mental health to her role. She has developed resident-centered plans, particularly for individuals with memory-related challenges, that promote engagement, emotional well-being, and improved quality of life. Her work has also strengthened family satisfaction and contributed to a more positive, supportive care environment.
Tiffany is passionate about improving communication, teamwork, and caregiving skills among staff, helping reduce burnout and create smoother day-to-day operations. She believes exceptional care begins with understanding each individual’s emotional and psychological needs and fostering strong, respectful relationships between residents and caregivers.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys staying active through swimming and kayaking and spending time outdoors. At home, she loves relaxing with her three cats and two dogs, who help her recharge and stay grounded.
